Review summary

Based on recent reviews

The Best Western Premier Hotel Roosevelt enjoys a superb location, placing guests within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants, as well as just 10 minutes from the train station. Many guests found their rooms spacious, especially the Superior rooms which comfortably accommodate families of four and feature large French windows, air conditioning, and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel also offers a modern bar with expertly crafted cocktails, though some guests have noted that the rooms lean towards a more traditional style. Little touches like the fruit-infused water and lavender pouches upon check-out add to the experience.

perfect location kind staff lovely touch

the hotel is in a perfect location close to the pedestrian area. the staff was very kind. i found them always helpful . i also appreciated the bottle of prosecco in my room upon arrival, a lovely touch.

the room was a bit tight, i found limited space to layout a suitcase. also, the small elevator servicing the entire hotel was somewhat inconvenient. i sometimes had to wait a few minutes.

small balcony strong scent

the staff were very helpful and someone was at reception at all times.

the room i booked with twin beds had a double bed that could be split , but this was not ideal. the balcony i paid extra for was small. smoking was not permitted there and the aromatherapy scent was overpowering.

easy access public transport travel arrangement great room

The hotel location is great with easy access to public transport. (It was definitely a plus for me) Staff were happy to help with travel arrangements. The room size was great and very comfortable. I found many places to eat nearby.

The mini bar had no water. If you wanted water you had to go down yourself to refill the bottle at the bar. This was a bit inconvenient after a long day.

Facilities

9/10

The hotel has a stylish, modern bar area where guests can relax and order drinks. There is also a tidy, clean environment throughout the premises. Fruit water is offered daily at the entrance.
