excellent location and friendly staff
perfect location kind staff lovely touch
the hotel is in a perfect location close to the pedestrian area. the staff was very kind. i found them always helpful . i also appreciated the bottle of prosecco in my room upon arrival, a lovely touch.
the room was a bit tight, i found limited space to layout a suitcase. also, the small elevator servicing the entire hotel was somewhat inconvenient. i sometimes had to wait a few minutes.

the staff provided assistance with parking and permitted a late check-out. the reception staff, particularly daniela, were kind and attentive. eveline stood out for providing the best service!

the hotel is close to the sea and the train station. it is also near a tram stop from the airport, providing convenience. the hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

the buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a good selection. fruit water was available daily . cocktails at the bar tasted expertly crafted.

the superior room accommodated my family of four comfortably. comfortable beds and large french windows provided fresh air. the room included air conditioning, a mini fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities!

small balcony strong scent
the staff were very helpful and someone was at reception at all times.
the room i booked with twin beds had a double bed that could be split , but this was not ideal. the balcony i paid extra for was small. smoking was not permitted there and the aromatherapy scent was overpowering.

easy access public transport travel arrangement great room
The hotel location is great with easy access to public transport. (It was definitely a plus for me) Staff were happy to help with travel arrangements. The room size was great and very comfortable. I found many places to eat nearby.
The mini bar had no water. If you wanted water you had to go down yourself to refill the bottle at the bar. This was a bit inconvenient after a long day.
